Mark’s Inspirational Journey at the World Masters Athletics Championships 2024
 

We are incredibly proud to have been part of Mark’s remarkable journey to the World Masters Athletics Championships (45+) in Gothenburg, Sweden. Competing against the fastest sprinters in the world, Mark not only made the finals in the 100m and 200m events but also brought home gold in the 4x100m relay, smashing a national record in the process!

Mark’s achievements on the world stage are a testament to his discipline, dedication, and sheer willpower. Leading up to the championships, we worked closely with Mark, providing weekly recovery treatments to keep him in peak condition. Together, we overcame challenges, fine-tuned his recovery process, and ensured he was ready to perform at his best when it mattered most.
