He is dedicated to educating and empowering clients, ensuring they understand their bodies and take proactive steps toward long-term well-being.

With nine years of experience in the health industry, Alexi has worked with elite athletes and professional sports teams, including the Western Bulldogs and Northern Blues Football Club. His expertise extends beyond sports, as he also provides tailored treatments for everyday individuals seeking relief from pain, injury recovery, and improved mobility. He strongly believes in a holistic approach to health, emphasizing the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

A lifelong athlete, Alexi has been actively involved in sports and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has shaped his understanding of movement, injury, and rehabilitation. Through his own experiences with sports-related injuries, he developed a deep interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention. After finding that myotherapy was the most effective treatment in his own recovery, he was inspired to pursue it as a career—helping others regain function and prevent future injuries.

Tristan is a dedicated and highly skilled Remedial Massage Therapist with three years of experience in injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. His passion lies in bridging the gap between therapeutic care, sports performance, and everyday wellness, helping clients stay pain-free and perform at their best.
From an early age, Tristan was heavily involved in tennis, basketball, running, and cycling, giving him a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body. His hands-on experience as both an athlete and a recipient of remedial treatments has shaped his client-centered approach, ensuring every treatment is tailored to the individual's needs.
Tristan’s expertise was further recognized through his work with the Western Bulldogs Myotherapy team, where he played a pivotal role in keeping elite athletes performing at their peak while minimizing injury risk. His strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and soft tissue therapy allows him to effectively address muscular imbalances, promote healing, and restore mobility.
Currently furthering his knowledge in the health field, Tristan is pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, enhancing his ability to integrate evidence-based movement and rehabilitation strategies into his treatments. Adrian is a passionate Remedial Massage Therapist and Strength Coach who blends hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation to help clients move better, recover faster, and build long-term resilience. With a strong focus on biomechanics, movement assessment, and functional strength, he takes a balanced approach that bridges the gap between manual therapy and active recovery.
His background working across both clinical and performance settings has shaped a client-centered style that goes beyond temporary relief.
